(Apparently, we weren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t the only ones paying attention to this event; the LHC \u00e2\u20ac\u0153tweets\u00e2\u20ac\u009d were one of the top five most popular items in Twitter-land.)<\/p>\n<p>You could sense the building excitement, as the posts came in more and more frequently.\u00c2\u00a0 See the sequence below.
